This is a Swedish case from the court here. But i find it very interesting in relation to fan fiction. A artist took another artist lithography and wrote some comments on it and signed it. The Swedish court said that it wasn't an intrusion on the original artist copyright. The court said that it was meta-art and that it was common and you could tell what was the original and what wasn't. What do you guys think? Shouldn't fan fiction be considered meta-movies in the US and hence be rather liberal when it comes to what is fair-use and what isn't?
